I’m making this a regular list because I think making an actual contract for this is overkill. Please behave yourselves and do not prove me wrong.

 

• Read the questions on the commission form carefully before answering.

• You have to be 18+ to get a commission. (You also have to be 18+ to view my work)!

• You need to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit before I’ll start your commission.

• Once you have paid the 30% deposit, you cannot change your mind about the design.

• Once you have paid the 30% deposit, you have two weeks to send me your measurements.

• You need to pay the full amount before I will ship your commission to you.

• If I cancel your commission for any reason I will give you a full refund.

• I may refuse or cancel a commission if you do not treat me with respect. Don’t be abusive, threatening or obscene.

• Once I give you a quote, it is valid for 30 days.

• Once your commission is finished, please pay it off in 30 days.

• I will not accept a commission of a character that you do not own.

• I’m allowed to use photos of your commission online and for promotion.

• If you approve a design that has a mistake in it, it’s not my responsibility. Make sure you proofread and properly check any designs before approving them.

• If the measurements you send me are incorrect, it’s not my responsibility.

• If your commission has any problems with construction (popped seams, holes, missing parts) you have 60 days to let me know so I can organise repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

• Do not fuck the plushies. They are soft toys made of fabric, and are not safe to insert. If you want to insert something, use body safe materials such as silicone. I take no responsibility for incorrect use.
